Job Summary:

Community Manager will be responsible for managing and engaging with our games community across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of social media and community management, and a passion for gaming.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to grow and nurture our player community.
Monitor and manage the game’s social media channels, forums, and other community platforms.
Create, curate, and manage content and content creators to foster community engagement and interaction.
Respond to community feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Organize and manage community events, contests, and other interactive activities.
Collaborate with the development team to provide player feedback and insights.
Analyze community metrics and prepare regular reports to inform strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the gaming industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Passionate about gaming and knowledgeable about mobile games.
Familiarity with community engagement metrics and analytics tools.
Creative, proactive, and able to think strategically.

Preferred:

Experience marketing games in both the USA and Europe.
Additional language skills are a plus.
